| Reservations |
- Reservations are required and may be placed up to one year in advance.
- All rates are subject to 6% PA sales tax and a 3% Potter County room rental excise tax.
- Deposits shall be $75 for Single Room, $140 for Group Suite, or 1/3 amount of stay.
- Reservations will be held 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
- You may consider the reservation confirmed only after our receipt of your deposit.
- The security deposit will be returned, by mail, after your departure if there is nothing missing from or damage done to the lodge.
- A rental lease will be mailed to you. The rental fee is due 30 days in advance of your stay. If reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, the rental fee is due 5 days after making the reservation. We accept personal checks, money orders or cash.

| Cancellations |
Since we are a small business, last minute cancellations affect us greatly, therefore we ask for your understanding when we must adhere to the following policy - If a reservation is cancelled:
- 6 months or more prior to stay:
- All monies received will be refunded.
- 1 to 6 months prior to stay:
- The security deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to find a replacement for your leasing period. All other money will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days prior to stay:
- The balance is non-refundable unless we are able to find a replacement for your leasing period.

| Policies |
- Check IN = 3:00 PM or later
- Check OUT = 11:00 AM or earlier
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the lodge.
- Family-friendly lodging - we welcome children over 7 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted with the exception of the visually handicapped.
- No more than the stated maximum number of people may occupy the rooms/suite.
- Quiet time is observed between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am.
